Returns & Exchanges: 

Shopatthemarket.net will return merchandise specifically sold on our website with original receipt and our special guidelines.

For returning merchandise, please fill out the return form attached to your receipt, indicating the item(s) being returned and the reason(s). Securely pack the merchandise and ship via UPS with the provided return shipping label. All returns must be postmarked and received within 14 days of delivery.

We'll process your return within 7 days of receipt. We will notify you via email when your return has been received.

For exchanging merchandise, please fill out the return form attached to your receipt, indicating the item(s) being exchanged and the reason(s). Please indicate the item(s) you'd like in exchange. Securely pack the merchandise and ship via UPS with the provided return shipping label. All exchanges must be returned and postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

We'll process your exchange within 7 days of receipt, and you will not be charged shipping on the exchange. If the exchanged item is not available, you will receive credit to the original form of payment. We will notify you via email when your exchange or credit has been issued. 

Note : Only items sold on www.shopatthemarket.net may be returned or exchanged by mail. We cannot accept any merchandise from our store locations.
